MITAC Partnership Ltd is located in the Fabriam Centre, part of the Cobalt Business Exchange (formerly Atmel) at the top of the Silverlink Retail Park and close to the junction of the A19 and A1058 (Newcastle to Coast Road).

From the Silverlink keep straight on by-passing the Retail Park and UCI Cinema. Go past the Hotel and Mazda, BMW and Porsche garages on the left, as well as VW, Citroen, Bentley and Audi garages on right. You will come to a roundabout junction with Middle Engine Lane. Cobalt Business Exchange is the big grey building straight ahead. There is a new mini roundabout with an equally new Honda Springfield to the left. Go straight across and follow the road round to the left, through the security gate to the car park.
Visitors should report to the reception down the central path and across the lake.
