Features: A ProgressMap application to support asylum-seekers and refugees and their mentors and advisers as they begin to find their feet in a new culture. It offers tools to help them work together to set and achieve personal goals thus enabling them to see tangible evidence of progress.
 NERS supports the integration of refugees and asylum-seekers into the region's welfare and education systems. This web application allows Advisers / Mentors to set up a client PDP and work with them to identify needs, recognise prior achievements, plan development and review progress.
There are many other features including a separate Manager application dedicated to monitoring and tracking and an offline system capable of working from a data pen.
